Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate US and global data collection for comprehensive carbon accounting
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure the success of ESG strategies
  • Ensure compliance with emerging legal requirements and client MSA standards
  • Manage and improve submissions for sustainability ratings like EcoVadis and CDP
  • Identify and mitigate environmental and social risks across the business

Essential

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in ESG management or corporate responsibility
  • Proven expertise in carbon accounting and GHG Protocol reporting
  • Deep understanding of reporting frameworks such as GRI or TCFD
  • Experience managing complex projects with diverse global stakeholders
  • Ability to report on-site at least 2 days per week in a designated hub office

Preferred

  • Experience with EcoVadis and CDP disclosure management
  • Familiarity with California SB 253 and SB 261 legislation
  • Background in experiential marketing or professional services industries
  • Experience translating international ISO standards into internal business processes
