Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and regulatory reporting for Finance, Treasury, and Risk PMO
- Define requirements for data hosting strategies and sub-ledger convergence
- Develop and execute multi-year product development roadmaps for derivatives

- Extract and document complex functional requirements from business users
Essential
- Extensive experience in Project Management and strategic planning
- Ability to manage large-scale regulatory and strategic initiatives
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and consensus building
- Expertise in documenting Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Knowledge of Finance, Treasury, and Risk management workflows
Preferred
- Experience with Finacle and sub-ledger convergence
- Background in community development or economic growth initiatives
- Advanced understanding of derivatives transformation
