Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of a service provider transition project
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project scopes, budgets, and communication strategies
  • Identify and escalate project risks while tracking key decision-making processes
  • Establish success metrics and conduct post-project 'lessons learned' reviews
  • Act as a subject matter expert for both technical teams and business stakeholders

Essential

  • Must be local to the Greater Boston Area with proof of residency
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of professional project management experience
  • Proven track record leading technical projects and vendor-to-vendor transitions
  • Experience managing both operating and capital budgets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Enterprise tools including SharePoint, Visio, and Teams
  • Ability to work on-site in Boston 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday)

Preferred

  • 10+ years of experience (highly preferred)
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  • Direct experience in the Financial Services or Investment Management industry
  • Experience designing and delivering training or presentations to executive audiences
