Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and coach department leaders on staff development and organizational management practices.
  • Identify and resolve complex employee relations issues to maintain high engagement and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design and execute effective sourcing and hiring plans.
  • Lead change management initiatives following established BILH methodologies during periods of transition.
  • Partner with Centers of Expertise to ensure corporate HR programs meet the specific needs of clinical departments.
  • Analyze organizational data to proactively address talent gaps and engagement opportunities.

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience in human resources
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience across multiple disciplines
  • Proven track record in interpreting and applying complex HR policies and procedures
  • Experience in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies

Preferred

  • Experience within a healthcare or clinical environment
  • Advanced knowledge of change management methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to coach senior leadership on organizational management
