Key Responsibilities
- Advise and coach department leaders on staff development and organizational management practices.
- Identify and resolve complex employee relations issues to maintain high engagement and productivity.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design and execute effective sourcing and hiring plans.
- Lead change management initiatives following established BILH methodologies during periods of transition.
- Partner with Centers of Expertise to ensure corporate HR programs meet the specific needs of clinical departments.
- Analyze organizational data to proactively address talent gaps and engagement opportunities.
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in human resources
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience across multiple disciplines
- Proven track record in interpreting and applying complex HR policies and procedures
- Experience in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
Preferred
- Experience within a healthcare or clinical environment
- Advanced knowledge of change management methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to coach senior leadership on organizational management
