Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end negotiation and drafting of customer and partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with the General Counsel on strategic initiatives and go-to-market strategies
  • Develop and refine contract templates, playbooks, and fallback positions to increase efficiency
  • Serve as a primary legal contact for Growth, Product, Security, and Finance departments
  • Implement process improvements to reduce deal cycle times and ensure consistency
  • Provide practical counsel on regulatory and compliance commitments

Essential

  • Ability to manage a high-volume contracting queue independently
  • Strong negotiation skills regarding data use, privacy, and security terms
  • Experience with intellectual property and indemnity clauses
  • Ability to navigate limitation of liability and regulatory commitments
  • Pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach to legal risk
  • Capacity to build cross-functional relationships with Security, Finance, and Product teams

Preferred

  • Experience in the HealthTech or SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with LinkSquares or similar contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools
  • Experience scaling legal functions in a high-growth environment
  • Background in population health management or healthcare data regulations
