Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a strategic framework for localized rapid response in Colombia
  • Identify and vet potential national NGO and CSO partners through rigorous mapping
  • Lead the due diligence and assessment process for all new partnerships
  • Develop and deliver training programs to strengthen partner organizational capacity
  • Manage the creation of MoUs, agreements, and supporting financial documentation

Essential

  • Extensive experience in humanitarian partnership management and localization strategies
  • Proven track record in conducting organizational capacity assessments for NGOs
  • Ability to lead due diligence processes and manage complex partnership documentation
  • Experience in developing strategic frameworks for civil society engagement
  • Fluency in Spanish and English for professional coordination and reporting

Preferred

  • Previous experience working within the Colombian humanitarian context
  • Familiarity with DRC’s global partnership principles and operational standards
  • Advanced degree in International Development, Social Sciences, or related fields
