Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost revenue and client intake
- Perform deep-dive market research to pinpoint target demographics and emerging legal trends
- Oversee all digital channels including social media, email, SEO, and paid search
- Iterate on website design and landing pages through rigorous A/B testing
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure high ROI and cost-effective lead generation
- Maintain and analyze CRM data to report on key performance indicators to leadership
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns
- Proven track record in B2B marketing and referral-based growth strategies
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with remote or hybrid teams
