Key Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the FleetOS platform
- Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
- Standardize fleet data to provide benchmarking and predictive 'next best actions'
- Oversee the strategy for APIs, integrations, and machine-to-machine workflows
- Partner with Engineering and Design to ensure predictable delivery and high-quality UX
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on product positioning and monetization strategies

- Proven experience leading and scaling teams of Product Managers
- Ability to define and execute a data-informed product vision and strategy
- Experience managing platform-centric products including APIs and integrations
- Strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes rather than just shipping features
- Expertise in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Ability to foster a culture of experimentation, iteration, and sound decision-making
Preferred
