Key Responsibilities

  • Own the reporting ecosystem for ARR performance including churn and expansion
  • Identify root causes for customer contraction and recommend GTM adjustments
  • Improve data hygiene and visibility for renewal and expansion forecasting
  • Lead weekly and quarterly business reviews with CS and AM leadership
  • Collaborate with GTM Systems to optimize the tech stack including Salesforce and Gainsight

Essential

  • Minimum of 4 years in Revenue Operations, CS Operations, or Business Operations
  • Proven experience within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Expertise in building reports and managing complex workflows in Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of customer health metrics, retention drivers, and churn indicators
  • Experience facilitating business reviews and presenting data-driven narratives to executives
  • Ability to structure complex problems and derive insights from funnel data

Preferred

  • Experience with Gainsight implementation and management
  • Proficiency in SQL or advanced data analytics tools
  • Background in managing account ownership transitions and lifecycle milestones
