Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global origination strategy in partnership with the Head of M&A
  • Manage and mentor the origination team across North America and Europe
  • Maintain an individual quota of qualified deal opportunities and founder conversations
  • Identify and refine investment verticals and AI-forward sourcing initiatives
  • Establish and monitor annual financial and operational KPIs for the function

Essential

  • Proven track record in M&A origination or high-level business development
  • Experience in a 'player-coach' capacity, managing teams while hitting individual targets
  • Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and unit economics
  • Ability to lead North American and European origination functions
  • Expertise in outbound sourcing and conversion metrics
  • Experience in thesis-driven investment frameworks
