Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all engineering teams to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery and predictable velocity
- Partner with Product leadership to align technical execution with the company roadmap
- Design and evolve the organizational structure to support rapid company growth
- Mentor and develop the engineering management layer and technical leads
- Implement AI and automation strategies to scale productivity without linear headcount growth
- Resolve cross-team dependencies and mitigate technical risks
Essential
- Proven track record of leading and scaling significant engineering organizations
- Extensive experience managing engineering managers and senior technical leaders
- Residency within Europe (Remote-only for this region)
- Ability to operate independently and identify organizational problems proactively
- Experience in workforce planning and resource allocation
- Strong background in establishing performance management and career development standards
Preferred
