Key Responsibilities
- Scale the engineering org across core engine, cloud platform, and developer experience teams
- Translate company-wide business strategy into actionable engineering roadmaps
- Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and reliability across all products
- Own the hiring plan to recruit top talent in Rust and distributed systems
- Partner with Product and GTM teams to align engineering output with customer needs
Essential
- Over 10 years of experience in engineering leadership with a focus on cloud and platform engineering
- Proven history of building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms at an enterprise level
- Extensive experience managing and growing distributed, remote-first engineering teams
- Deep technical proficiency in Kubernetes and cloud-native architectural patterns
- Hands-on experience operating high-scale, mission-critical production infrastructure
- Familiarity with enterprise-grade security protocols and compliance frameworks
- Strong background in distributed systems and large-scale infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Expertise in observability, reliability engineering, and automation
- Mastery of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
Preferred
