Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new enterprise-level clients across Germany
- Develop and execute ABM strategies in partnership with Marketing
- Build a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, events, and inbound follow-ups
- Conduct high-level product presentations and tailored demos for stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle including forecasting and CRM maintenance in HubSpot
- Negotiate complex enterprise contracts to meet or exceed revenue goals
Essential
- Proven track record in Enterprise-level sales within the German market
- Willingness to engage in proactive outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Ability to manage complex contract negotiations and pricing structures
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Fluency in German and English
Preferred
- Experience in Health-tech or SaaS industries
- Existing network of HR and Benefit leaders in large German corporations
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
