Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new enterprise-level clients across Germany
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies in partnership with Marketing
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, events, and inbound follow-ups
  • Conduct high-level product presentations and tailored demos for stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle including forecasting and CRM maintenance in HubSpot
  • Negotiate complex enterprise contracts to meet or exceed revenue goals

Essential

  • Proven track record in Enterprise-level sales within the German market
  • Willingness to engage in proactive outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Ability to manage complex contract negotiations and pricing structures
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Fluency in German and English

Preferred

  • Experience in Health-tech or SaaS industries
  • Existing network of HR and Benefit leaders in large German corporations
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
