Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale the end-to-end revenue operating system
- Optimize Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ for long-term stability
- Develop trusted dashboards and forecasting models for investors
- Ensure billing accuracy and eliminate manual workarounds with Finance
- Evolve the GTM tool stack to support ABM and intent-based selling
- Lead and mentor the Revenue Operations team
Essential
- Extensive background in B2B SaaS or technology scale-up environments
- Direct experience with companies in the $5M-$30M ARR range
- Hands-on mastery of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ logic design
- Proven ability to design KPIs and revenue reporting for executive leadership
- Experience managing complex pricing models and mid-market GTM strategies
- Ability to remain calm and deliver results in high-pressure, post-migration settings
Preferred
- Experience working within Private Equity-backed organizations
- Familiarity with Clay workflows and AI-driven automation in RevOps
- Experience in the legal-tech or compliance e-learning industry
- Background in stabilizing and documenting legacy system architectures
