- Mentor and grow a team of high-performing software engineers

Essential
- Minimum of 4 years in a formal engineering leadership or management role
- Proven track record of leading, supporting, and scaling software engineering teams

- Experience partnering with Product and Design to define roadmaps and priorities
- Comfortable making high-stakes decisions with incomplete information
