- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver core platform features

Essential
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering leadership and team management

- Experience partnering with Product and Design teams to define roadmaps and priorities
- Ability to navigate and thrive in highly ambiguous and complex technical domains
Preferred

- Experience with global-scale API design and telecom infrastructure
