Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy in coordination with the CEO

  • Monitor and manage partnership performance through KPIs like lead generation and pipeline growth

Essential

  • Several years of professional experience in Partnership Management, Business Development, or Key Account Management
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-revenue collaborations
  • Native-level or C2 proficiency in German
  • Professional working proficiency in English (B2+ or higher)
  • Strong negotiation skills at the executive and decision-maker level
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
