- Lead the US 4itB finance team focusing on Product and UX/UI Design
- Orchestrate the Digital Asset Council and Tech Portfolio Reviews
- Develop 'common currency' financial modeling standards for tech workstreams
- Facilitate strategic trade-off discussions to optimize resource allocation
- Mentor and develop a team of finance associates
- Collaborate with Business Strategy and People teams to set future expense targets
Essential
- Proven experience in financial strategy and planning within a corporate environment
- Ability to lead and manage high-impact executive meetings and portfolio reviews
- Experience in budget management and resource planning alignment
- Capability to promote and uphold company ethics, integrity, and compliance standards
- Strong background in financial modeling and risk assessment
Preferred
