Key Responsibilities

• Lead the selection, configuration, and rollout of enterprise data warehouse and visualization tools
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of data analysts to achieve analytical excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to solve financial and operational challenges using data
• Translate technical data insights into visual and verbal narratives for non-technical audiences
• Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards for all corporate reporting

Essential

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data monitoring, manipulation, and insight generation
• At least 3 years of direct leadership experience managing a technical team
• Proven track record of working with large, complex, and unstructured datasets
• Extensive knowledge of data structures, modern analytics tools, and quantitative techniques
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple data-intensive projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Strong background in ensuring data integrity and quality control across deliverables

Preferred

• Experience within the Retail industry
• Prior experience in selecting and configuring data warehouse solutions
• Expertise in implementing advanced data visualization platforms
