Essential
- Graduate of an accredited NLN school of nursing
- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an inpatient staff RN
- CPR Certification (must be obtained within 3 months of start date)
- Ability to work independently and execute informed decision-making
- Capability to perform staff RN duties and provide direct patient care as needed
Preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Previous experience in healthcare management or leadership
- Telemetry experience
