Key Responsibilities

Essential

  • Graduate of an accredited NLN school of nursing
  • Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an inpatient staff RN
  • CPR Certification (must be obtained within 3 months of start date)
  • Ability to work independently and execute informed decision-making
  • Capability to perform staff RN duties and provide direct patient care as needed

Preferred

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Previous experience in healthcare management or leadership
  • Telemetry experience
  • Experience with budget preparation and financial report monitoring
