Key Responsibilities
- Synchronize supply plans with enterprise goals by consolidating diverse demand inputs
- Oversee the entire purchase order lifecycle to maintain system integrity and delivery timelines
- Hold external vendors accountable for performance metrics and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Logistics and Allocation to ensure inventory availability
- Manage supply levels in strict accordance with corporate financial targets
Essential
- Minimum of 1 year of professional supply chain experience
- Direct experience in a vendor-facing capacity
- Hands-on background in supply planning and purchase order management
- Demonstrated ability to align supply with demand in high-volume settings
- Expertise in managing forecasts and consolidating complex demand inputs
- Ability to work onsite in Bellevue, Washington
Preferred
- Practical familiarity with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) frameworks
- Prior experience utilizing SAP ECC or similar enterprise fulfillment systems
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry
