Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 7 analysts focused on Cost of Care reporting and data governance
- Lead hotspot and trend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Partner with IT and Data Management teams to support AI initiatives and vendor integrations
- Develop analytic frameworks and research questions to solve complex business problems
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Essential
- Proven experience managing a team of 6-7+ analytics professionals
- Deep expertise in Cost of Care reporting and medical trend analysis
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex statistical analyses for non-technical clients
- Experience in dashboard and report management for healthcare data
- Strong background in data governance and business care support
Preferred
- Experience with AI implementation in an analytics context
- Familiarity with Milliman MedInsights or similar healthcare vendor platforms
- Experience developing self-service analytics capabilities for enterprise users
