Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organizational data roadmap
  • Modernize the data tech stack including CRM and integrated data warehouses

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • 7+ years of professional experience in data analytics, data science, or data engineering
  • Proven track record of building and managing a comprehensive data vendor stack
  • Strong foundation in data governance and data warehousing principles
  • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams including Data Engineers and BI Analysts
  • Ability to translate raw data into actionable executive-level insights

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field
  • Prior experience working within the Sports, Media, or Entertainment industries
