Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate analytical methods for testing multi-specific antibodies
- Analyze samples to support lead selection and process development programs
- Provide technical support for stability studies and formulation efforts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external CMOs to ensure data alignment
- Innovate and advance internal analytical workflows and laboratory capabilities
Essential
- Extensive background in protein chemistry and protein analysis
- Proven track record in method development and troubleshooting for therapeutic proteins
- Ability to present and interpret complex analytical data for cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience supporting stability studies and formulation development
- Willingness to collaborate with external partners and CMOs
Preferred
- Familiarity with Mass Spectrometry (MS)
