Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of strategic IT projects for business applications
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and architectural designs
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional technical teams in an agile setting
  • Ensure compliance with security and quality standards across all phases

Essential

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Informatics
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience leading IT projects
  • Expertise in business applications and systems integration
  • Strong background in requirements engineering
  • Deep understanding of application architecture and IT infrastructure
  • Experience with cloud and on-premise environments
  • Knowledge of IAM, networking, and API/middleware integrations

Preferred

  • Experience within the energy or utility sector
  • Advanced certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile)
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices
