Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of strategic IT projects for business applications
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and architectural designs
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation
- Lead and motivate cross-functional technical teams in an agile setting
- Ensure compliance with security and quality standards across all phases
Essential
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Informatics
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience leading IT projects
- Expertise in business applications and systems integration
- Strong background in requirements engineering
- Deep understanding of application architecture and IT infrastructure
- Experience with cloud and on-premise environments
- Knowledge of IAM, networking, and API/middleware integrations
Preferred
- Experience within the energy or utility sector
- Advanced certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile)
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices
