Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of the People Technology ecosystem including HRIS and engagement tools
  • Maintain 100% accuracy of people data and build automated dashboards for workforce trends
  • Design and document scalable processes for internal transfers, leaves, and offboarding
  • Partner with IT to ensure seamless day-one onboarding for all new hires
  • Oversee data privacy and audit readiness for all employment records and mandatory training

Essential

  • Proven experience leading People Operations in a high-growth or scaling environment
  • Expertise in evaluating, implementing, and integrating HRIS and performance management platforms
  • Deep understanding of federal, state, and local employment compliance and labor laws
  • Experience managing distributed workforces and international compliance (PEO/EOR)
  • Strong background in data analytics and building automated reporting dashboards
  • Ability to manage technical distribution and version control for company policies

Preferred

  • Experience working within a ticketing system like Jira or ServiceNow for HR workflows
  • Background in the defense technology or autonomous systems industry
  • Experience managing I-9 verification and audit-ready record keeping
