Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of the People Technology ecosystem including HRIS and engagement tools
- Maintain 100% accuracy of people data and build automated dashboards for workforce trends
- Design and document scalable processes for internal transfers, leaves, and offboarding
- Partner with IT to ensure seamless day-one onboarding for all new hires
- Oversee data privacy and audit readiness for all employment records and mandatory training
Essential
- Proven experience leading People Operations in a high-growth or scaling environment
- Expertise in evaluating, implementing, and integrating HRIS and performance management platforms
- Deep understanding of federal, state, and local employment compliance and labor laws
- Experience managing distributed workforces and international compliance (PEO/EOR)
- Strong background in data analytics and building automated reporting dashboards
- Ability to manage technical distribution and version control for company policies
Preferred
- Experience working within a ticketing system like Jira or ServiceNow for HR workflows
- Background in the defense technology or autonomous systems industry
- Experience managing I-9 verification and audit-ready record keeping
