Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for maintenance, irrigation, snow, and specialty service lines
• Develop and execute annual operating plans and cost-control initiatives
• Standardize operational workflows and systems across all national branches
• Lead the integration of acquired companies into the existing corporate structure
• Champion safety protocols to reduce risk exposure and workplace incidents

Essential

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in commercial landscaping operations
• Extensive experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams
• Deep financial acumen with a history of managing multi-million-dollar P&L accounts
• Proven track record in driving margin expansion and operational efficiency
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently across a national footprint

Preferred

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree
• Direct experience with M&A integration and aligning acquired businesses
• Background in facilities services or related labor-intensive industries
