Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding through expansion
- Define and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy
- Lead and scale the Success, Support, and Services departments
- Manage renewal strategies and ensure high forecasting accuracy
- Act as the customer advocate to the board and internal product teams
- Establish feedback loops to translate user insights into product requirements
Essential
- Minimum of 10 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Operations
- Proven history of executive-level leadership in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Demonstrated success in improving retention and expansion metrics
- Experience scaling customer-facing teams within high-growth environments
- Direct experience managing renewals and expansion revenue targets
- Ability to navigate and lead in complex or regulated sectors like government or healthcare
Preferred
- Experience working with government technology or public policy platforms
- Background in early-to-mid stage startups (11-50 employees)
- Advanced understanding of SaaS unit economics and financial forecasting
