Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding through expansion
  • Define and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy
  • Lead and scale the Success, Support, and Services departments

  • Act as the customer advocate to the board and internal product teams
  • Establish feedback loops to translate user insights into product requirements

Essential

  • Minimum of 10 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Operations

  • Demonstrated success in improving retention and expansion metrics

  • Direct experience managing renewals and expansion revenue targets
  • Ability to navigate and lead in complex or regulated sectors like government or healthcare

Preferred

  • Experience working with government technology or public policy platforms
  • Background in early-to-mid stage startups (11-50 employees)
  • Advanced understanding of SaaS unit economics and financial forecasting
