Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead executive partner for top-tier Content Activation Solutions accounts
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans to ensure retention and growth
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify expansion opportunities and shape new deals
- Facilitate high-impact Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with client stakeholders
- Align client business objectives with the Bazaarvoice product roadmap
Essential
- Proven track record in managing high-value enterprise accounts
- Ability to lead and influence at the C-suite and executive level
- Experience with SaaS revenue models and long-term account planning
- Capability to translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes
- Experience in orchestrating cross-functional teams to support client goals
Preferred
- Background in consulting or strategic client leadership
- Deep understanding of the digital transformation and e-commerce landscape
