  • Act as the lead executive partner for top-tier Content Activation Solutions accounts
  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans to ensure retention and growth
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify expansion opportunities and shape new deals
  • Facilitate high-impact Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with client stakeholders
  • Align client business objectives with the Bazaarvoice product roadmap

Essential

  • Proven track record in managing high-value enterprise accounts
  • Ability to lead and influence at the C-suite and executive level
  • Experience with SaaS revenue models and long-term account planning
  • Capability to translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes
  • Experience in orchestrating cross-functional teams to support client goals
