Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and maintenance of departmental KPIs and performance dashboards

Essential
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or operations analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Google Mail/Outlook and related productivity software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive reporting
- Ability to travel occasionally (under 10%)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
