Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards for sales forecasting and KPI monitoring
- Oversee Salesforce data quality, including duplicate management and account hierarchy maintenance
- Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless data flow from CRM and marketing tools into the data lake
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate analytical findings to leadership
- Identify and implement automation opportunities for reporting and data systems
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Analytics, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, revenue operations, or sales ops
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling
- Practical experience managing data within Salesforce CRM
- Foundational knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and SQL
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and the broader Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical reporting requirements
Preferred
- Prior experience within the industrial or logistics automation sector
