- Lead the transition from manual processes to automated, scalable workflows
Essential
- Proven experience building or leading a Revenue Operations function from the ground up
- Deep expertise in managing and optimizing GTM tech stacks
- Strong background in marketing and sales operations alignment
- Ability to create data attribution models and unified revenue funnels
- Experience in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment
Preferred
- Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce technology sectors
- Previous experience reporting to or partnering closely with VP-level marketing and sales leadership
- Background in managing teams during rapid scaling phases
