Key Responsibilities

  • Audit user sessions and heatmaps to identify specific UX friction points
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify market gaps and UX advantages
  • Propose and prioritize product improvements across the entire user lifecycle
  • Partner with Growth Managers to design and execute A/B testing roadmaps
  • Monitor post-implementation data to validate research hypotheses

Essential

  • Proven track record in funnel analysis and growth-oriented product analytics
  • Expertise in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into business-ready insights
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in high-velocity environments
  • Deep understanding of iterative optimization and A/B testing methodologies
  • Ability to advocate for user needs while maintaining focus on commercial KPIs
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of personal ownership
  • Must be located within +/- 4 hours of Central European Time (CET)

Preferred

  • Prior experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) or SMB SaaS sectors
  • Academic or professional background in behavioral psychology
  • Expertise in customer journey mapping and onboarding flow optimization
  • Familiarity with specialized Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) frameworks
