Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage strategic partners to accelerate digital growth and guest experience
  • Develop comprehensive business cases evaluating financial value and operational risk
  • Oversee the implementation of multi-functional partnerships and standardized processes
  • Collaborate with Product Management to align technology roadmaps with partnership goals
  • Manage a team of 6-7 individuals, including 2-3 direct reports
  • Lead change management efforts to align franchisees and internal stakeholders

Essential

  • Minimum of 10 years in Partnerships and Business Development roles
  • Proven track record of building revenue-generating programs for major consumer brands
  • Extensive experience in people management and leading high-performing teams
  • Experience managing direct reports and overseeing a mid-sized organizational structure
  • Deep understanding of loyalty points programs and their commercial application
  • Ability to manage capital and G&A budgets in collaboration with finance
  • Expertise in establishing governance and data-sharing frameworks

Preferred

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent graduate degree
  • Experience within the hospitality, restaurant, or retail digital sectors
  • Background in managing multi-brand portfolios
