Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of legal tech vendors, including renewals and new software searches
- Streamline the legal department's intake system to improve internal stakeholder service
- Lead cross-functional projects and create detailed execution plans for strategic initiatives
- Establish governance for knowledge sharing, including memos, policies, and centralized resources
- Act as a force-multiplier for the VP of Legal and Security Operations
Essential
- 2-4+ years of professional experience in legal operations, project management, or as a paralegal
- Proven ability to manage legal technology vendors and consultants
- Experience designing and managing legal intake and request processes
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
