Key Responsibilities

• Lead consulting teams of 2-5 people through complex delivery cycles
• Manage end-to-end project delivery and stakeholder communications
• Architect and implement modern analytics stacks using Sigma, Dataiku, and Alteryx
• Translate high-level business goals into technical delivery roadmaps
• Identify and influence new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Drive internal best practices and operational improvements for the analytics practice

Essential

• Extensive experience leading complex data projects and multi-disciplinary teams
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery for multi-month consulting engagements
• Expertise in analytics process automation and data visualization
• Experience driving enterprise-level migrations from legacy platforms to modern cloud-native stacks
• Ability to partner with and influence C-level executives and technical stakeholders
• Strong background in change management and organizational transformation
• Deep technical proficiency to coach team members and solution complex use cases

Preferred

• Experience with cloud services such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Familiarity with modern database technologies like Snowflake and Databricks
• Experience in strategic account growth and identifying new business opportunities
• Background in building production-ready data applications and MVPs
