- Directing the strategic evolution of MANNA’s community impact and network programs
- Serving as a key advisor to the CEO on long-term food security solutions
- Overseeing a team of directors across youth, health, and outreach departments
- Integrating lived-experience feedback into program design and delivery
- Building cross-sector partnerships with healthcare and government entities
Essential
- Proven track record in executive-level leadership within the nonprofit or public health sector
- Experience managing large-scale community impact portfolios and diverse program teams
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare systems and public agencies
- Deep understanding of the systemic causes of food insecurity and poverty
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in both workplace culture and program delivery
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable community strategies
Preferred
