Key Responsibilities
- Design and monitor the end-to-end grants management process for various fund types
- Administer and recommend enhancements for the foundation's grantmaking software
- Ensure all distributions align with legal, audit, and IRS standards
- Collaborate with the Community Impact team to customize application processes and forecasts
- Provide technical support and guidance to grant applicants and recipients
- Track and analyze grantee reports to evaluate the success of funded programs
Essential
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with high attention to detail
- Comprehensive knowledge of IRS and legal regulations governing grantmaking and Donor Advised Funds (DAFs)
- Experience maintaining and optimizing grant management software systems
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing action plans for process improvement
