- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for all technical and engineering positions
- Collaborate with leadership to design hiring strategies and role requirements
- Develop and refine internal recruitment systems, including ATS tooling and data reporting
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through creative networking
- Ensure a seamless and empathetic interview process for all applicants
- Act as a brand ambassador to attract mission-aligned talent
Essential
- Full-cycle recruitment experience specifically within technical domains
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and leadership on role strategy
- Experience managing the end-to-end candidate journey from sourcing to closing
- Ability to work across multiple timezones and international regions
- Strong focus on candidate experience and human-centric hiring
Preferred
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Background in building or optimizing recruitment systems and tooling
- Interest in climate tech or environmental sustainability
