Key Responsibilities
- Leading strategic workstreams for clients in retail, energy, and finance
- Developing growth strategies, AI roadmaps, and pricing optimizations
- Translating complex data into actionable board-level recommendations
- Collaborating with creative and engineering specialists to deliver end-to-end transformations
- Contributing to the internal growth and culture of Eidra Consulting
Essential
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy
- Proven track record in an analytical and result-oriented environment
- Ability to lead workstreams and manage project delivery independently
- Experience working directly with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Fluency in Dutch and English (inferred from local market context and source language)
Preferred
- Experience in specific sectors such as Retail, Energy, Financial Services, or B2B
- Background in digital transformation or AI strategy projects
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers
