- Leading strategic workstreams and ensuring high-quality project delivery
- Developing growth strategies, AI roadmaps, and pricing models for diverse clients

- Contributing to the internal growth and development of Eidra Consulting
Essential
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a high-level analytical environment
- Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage project deliverables
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Experience working directly with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders
- Fluency in Dutch and English (inferred from regional context and client base)
Preferred
- Experience in retail, energy, financial services, or B2B sectors
- Background in digital transformation or AI strategy projects
