Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain comprehensive monitoring and alerting ecosystems
- Automate manual operational tasks to enhance system efficiency
- Lead incident response efforts and conduct detailed root-cause analyses
- Define and track key reliability metrics including SLAs and SLOs
- Partner with Security and Automation teams to ensure holistic system health
Essential
- Extensive background in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps within cloud-native environments
- Fluency in the Dutch language
- Proven ability to manage and optimize distributed systems
- Expertise in establishing and monitoring SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs
- Ability to work on-site in Amstelveen 1-2 days per week
Preferred
- Experience leading incident response and post-mortem investigations
- Advanced knowledge of performance tuning for high-traffic systems
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with Security and Platform teams
