Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and govern capacity planning frameworks within the Business Management System
  • Conduct technical evaluations for special spares and optimization strategies
  • Advise production planning leaders on capacity analysis and output utilization
  • Develop build strategies that optimize project schedules and cost efficiency
  • Liaise with global Naval and Air divisions to implement operational best practices

Essential

  • Extensive background in production detailing and capacity planning for large-scale, complex projects
  • Proven history in heavy engineering or manufacturing environments
  • Experience in mobilizing new sites or major program launches
  • Relevant trade qualification combined with significant industrial experience
  • Deep understanding of integrated supply chain and engineering workflows
  • Ability to establish and maintain compliance within a Business Management System (BMS)

  • Experience specifically within the maritime or naval defense sector
